KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 20 (Bernama) — Urusharta Jamaah Sdn Bhd, which is a special purpose vehicle under the Ministry of Finance (MOF), has acquired three million Solarvest Holdings Bhd’s ordinary shares, raising its stake to 5.08 per cent stake.

The acquisition of shares were made on Aug 15, making Urusharta Jamaah a substantial shareholder in the company, said Solarvest Holdings in a filing with Bursa Malaysia here today.

Solarvest, which is a regional clean energy player operating in eight countries, has developed more than 2,000 megawatts of ongoing and completed solar projects.
