Two Kelantan rivers remain above danger levels as rain stops


KOTA BHARU: Two rivers in remain above danger level, while two others are at warning level and five at alert level as of this morning.

Based on Public Info Banjir, Sungai Golok in Rantau Panjang and Sungai Galas in Limau Kasturi, Gua Musang exceeded danger levels with readings of 10.04 metres and 59.83 metres respectively.

Rivers above warning level are Sungai Sokor in Kampung Sokor and Sungai in Kuala Krai.

Meanwhile, five rivers exceeded alert level: Sungai Lebir in Kampung Tualang, the river in Kampung Pulau Lima and Tok Bali as well as Sungai Golok in Kampung Jenob and Sungai Kusial in Kusial Baru.

Rain in several districts in has stopped this morning.
