KOTA KINABALU: Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Musa Aman paid a visit to Kinabatangan member of Parliament Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin last night.
The motorcade carrying Musa arrived at the private hospital where Bung Moktar was admitted at 11.30pm, and the vehicle was seen leaving the premises about 20 minutes later.
It was reported that Bung Moktar, who is also the Sabah Barisan Nasional chairman and Sabah Umno liaison committee chairman, had been admitted to the hospital’s intensive care unit since yesterday afternoon.
Sabah Umno secretary Datuk Jafry Ariffin told Sinar Harian that Bung Moktar, who is also the Lamag assemblyman, is in critical condition following kidney failure and a severe lung infection.
