KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 12 — Three people were left seriously injured and another suffered minor wounds after their Nissan Grand Livina skidded along the Federal Highway near the Templer interchange in the early hours of this morning.

Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said a distress call was received at 2.35am, with a team arriving at the scene within five minutes.

Eleven firefighters from the Petaling Jaya station were deployed.

“Upon arrival, it was found that the accident involved a single car that had skidded, with four people inside — two men and two women in their 20s.

“One woman sustained minor injuries while the others were seriously hurt. Two victims were sent to Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (PPUM), while the other two were handed over to Health Ministry officers,” Ahmad said in a statement.
