KUALA LUMPUR: Taghill Holdings Bhd’s subsidiary Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd has secured a RM494.65 million construction contract in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract was awarded by IndoAman Bina Sdn Bhd.
It involves the construction and completion of two 55-storey serviced apartment blocks, a 14-storey parking podium, and shared facilities.
The project will take 40 months, with completion expected by July 9, 2028, subject to any operative extension of time under contract.
Taghill expects the contract to contributei to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending May 31, 2025 and throughout its duration.
