KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Bhd has proposed to list its healthcare division on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia by the first quarter of 2026.
In a filing with Bursa, the conglomerate said the proposed listing will see Sunway Healthcare Holdings Bhd separated from Sunway’s broader portfolio, enabling both management teams to focus on their respective core businesses.
The proposed initial public offering of Sunway Healthcare will comprise an offer for sale of up to 1.4 billion existing shares and the issuance of 575 million new shares to retail and institutional investors.
At the midday break, Sunway’s share price eased one sen, or 0.2 per cent, to RM4.93.
