#SHOWBIZ: Viral video of Kamal Adli preparing milk for daughter draws praise

KUALA LUMPUR: Several videos of popular actor Kamal Adli caring for his 18-month-old daughter, Hawra Uqaira, have gone viral on social media, drawing attention from netizens who were touched by the closeness between the father and daughter.

In one video shared on Threads, the Takluk: Lahad Datu actor is seen supporting his child while simultaneously preparing her milk.

This heartwarming act received widespread praise, with many commenting that not many men would be capable of doing two things at once like Kamal.

“I can’t do that like Kamal. Supporting the child while making milk—that takes patience,” wrote one Threads user.

Meanwhile, in another post on the same platform, a fan urged Kamal to keep trying to reconcile with his wife, Uqasha Senrose, after it was confirmed yesterday that the actress had filed for divorce.

They also referenced a message Kamal posted on Instagram five days earlier, which expressed his love for his wife and child.

“Your wife is being criticised. I also recall she was wrong when she spoke about the marriage contract and registration date. But as time goes on, I think she got confused and depressed,” wrote another Threads user.

“You should persuade your wife; like that time you made a statement to defend her. Surely now, if she asks for a divorce, you won’t stay quiet?” the user continued.

Uqasha had previously surprised fans when she appeared at the Federal Territory Syariah Court yesterday for the divorce case proceedings with Kamal.

The celebrity couple tied the knot in 2021 but their relationship has reportedly been facing challenges since last year.
