#SHOWBIZ: EXO's D.O. signs with Blitzway Entertainment

SEOUL: Actor and EXO member Doh Kyung Soo, professionally known as D.O., has officially joined Blitzway Entertainment after leaving his former agency, Company Soosoo.

Blitzway Entertainment CEO Hong Min Ki shared the exciting news yesterday, expressing his enthusiasm for the collaboration.

“We are very pleased to work with Doh Kyung Soo, a global artiste who has captured the hearts of K-pop fans worldwide and earned recognition as a talented actor both in Korea and abroad,” he said.

He added, “Through our newly established music management system, we will provide full support for Doh Kyung Soo’s diverse career, from his acting pursuits to his group and solo music activities.”

Blitzway Entertainment, known for managing top-tier actors, has been expanding its influence in the K-pop industry.

Earlier this year, the company strengthened its entertainment portfolio by acquiring music label KLAP in May, aiming to build synergy between its artiste management, video content, and now, music production.

Doh made his debut in 2012 as a member of the iconic K-pop group EXO.

Two years later, he branched into acting through the SBS drama It’s Okay, That’s Love, which quickly showcased his versatility.

Since then, he has continued to shine in various hit projects such as 100 Days My Prince, Swing Kids, and the blockbuster film Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds.

Beyond his acting and music careers, Doh has also charmed audiences with his down-to-earth personality on reality shows like GBRB: Reap What You Sow and its ongoing sequel, GBRB: Joy Pops Laugh Pops.

Fans are now eagerly anticipating his upcoming Disney+ drama, The Manipulated.

Blitzway Entertainment’s growing roster includes some of the biggest names in the Korean entertainment scene, such as Ju Ji Hoon, Chun Woo Hee, Jung Ryeo Won, Moon Chae Won, Woo Do Hwan, and Chae Jong Hyeop, among others.
