Besides the Galaxy Z Flip 7, Samsung has also introduced the Galaxy Z Flip FE during the Galaxy Unpacked event. For the very first time, there’s now a Fan Edition for a Samsung Z Flip and it is priced from under RM4,000.
On the surface, it looks identical to last year’s Galaxy Z Flip 6 but there are some minor tweaks under the skin.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is coming to Malaysia and here’s the official pricing:
- Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE 8GB + 128GB – RM3,999
- Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE 8GB + 256GB – RM4,299
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is only offered in two colours – Black and White. This Fan Edition device is now open for pre-order with general availability scheduled for 1st August 2025.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE: What’s new?
On the exterior, the Z Flip 7 FE is not any different from the Galaxy Z Flip 6. It still gets a 3.4″ Super AMOLED cover display and a 6.7″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Full HD+ inner display.
When folded, it is 14.9mm thick and 6.9mm when unfolded. Identical to its predecessor, it also weighs 187g.
Unlike the Z Flip 6 that runs on Snapdragon, the Fan Edition is running on an Exynos 2400 chip mated to 8GB of RAM. Users have a choice of either 128GB or 256GB of storage.
In the camera department, the Galaxy Z Flip FE still gets a dual-camera setup on thr cover consisting of a 50MP main camera and a secondary 12MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. Meanwhile, the inner display has a 10MP punch-hole selfie camera.
Powering the device is a 4,000mAh battery capacity like before. It supports 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging.
It also gets Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and IP48 dust and water resistance rating. Out of the box, it runs on One UI 8 based on Android 16.
