KUALA LUMPUR: Companies found hiring foreigners to drive commercial vehicles will now face forfeiture of their vehicles.
The Road Transport Department (RTD) will also take action against the companies themselves, including revoking their permits.
RTD senior enforcement director Muhammad Kifli Ma Hassan said these drastic measures would be undertaken to ensure the safety of all motorists and road users.
