NEW DELHI, Aug 9 (Bernama-Xinhua) — Heavy rains on Saturday lashed the Indian capital territory Delhi and its outskirts, leaving many roads and areas waterlogged, besides affecting vehicular traffic, officials said, reported Xinhua.
