The Penang Hindu Endowment Board (PHEB) has announced the appointment of Jelutong MP RSN Rayer as its new chairperson effective Aug 1, until July 31, 2026.
PHEB said Senator Dr A Lingeshwaran was appointed the deputy chairperson and the decision was made during the board’s inaugural meeting today.
