Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim today appeared to dismiss any distinction between federal allocations to Sabah and the 40 percent share of federal revenue collected from the state, which is supposed to be paid as a special grant.
Instead, Anwar‘s position appears to be that the government is giving more than 40 percent it is owed through federal allocations.
