KUALA LUMPUR: NCT Group has received accolade from Asia Record for establishing the first AI command centre in a managed smart eco-industrial park at its flagship development NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP) in Selangor.
It recognises NSIP’s pioneering approach to industrial park management by embedding artificial intelligence at the core of its operations.
The AI command centre enables centralised oversight of infrastructure and park operations through real-time data analytics, predictive insights and intelligent automation.
NCT Group founder and group managing director Datuk Seri Yap Ngan Choy said it sees industrial development as a foundation to shape how economies grow responsibly.
“This recognition reinforces our commitment to creating environments where innovation, sustainability and long-term value creation progress together,” said Yap.
Designed as a managed smart eco-industrial park, NSIP incorporates energy-efficient infrastructure, smart utilities management, renewable energy integration and environmentally responsible planning to support lower carbon intensity and more sustainable industrial operations.
The park offers an optimised business ecosystem for both local and international investors, reinforced by its strategic location, green infrastructure and digital-ready solutions that align with Malaysia’s vision for a future-ready industrial landscape.
