SHAH ALAM: Police arrested a man after he provoked and threatened a Shah Alam High Court bailiff and a police personnel who were carrying out their duties at a house in Pandamaran, Klang near here.
Klang Utara district police chief ACP Ramli Kasa said the bailiff and the police personnel were serving a High Court writ of summons at the house at about 3.30 pm when a man from the house provoked them by smashing a glass bottle and threatening them.
“The man was arrested for obstructing civil servants from carrying out their duties and criminal threats. Further investigation is ongoing,” he said in a statement today.
He also advised the public to comply with orders issued to avoid facing legal action.
