KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines made history when flight MH2610 from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu took off with an all-woman team, covering roles from ground operations to the cockpit.
From check-in agents, engineers, security officers, cabin crew and pilots, every stage of the journey was handled by women.
The flight showcased their strength, expertise and leadership in aviation.
“With women making up 36 per cent of Malaysia Aviation Group’s workforce, surpassing the International Air Transport Association’s 25by2025 goal, this milestone marks not just progress, but a powerful reminder that the sky has no limits,” the airline said in a Facebook post.
Malaysia Airlines said it hopes the flight will inspire colleagues and future aviators to dream bigger and break barriers.
