KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 19 (Bernama) — The latest trailer for the new animated series Mechamato, BoBoiBoy and Papa Zola The Movie has received an enthusiastic response from international fans, who flooded the comment sections on various social media platforms with praise and excitement.
Animonsta Studios Sdn Bhd (Monsta), in a statement, said the overwhelming reaction from fans in countries such as Indonesia, India, Japan, China, and beyond demonstrates the growing global appeal of Monsta’s animations.
In the trailer, Monsta unveiled an exciting lineup for fans that kicks off on Sept 6 with the release of Mechamato Season 4 on the YouTube Monsta Channel and Netflix.
The new season will feature 13 episodes, highlighting Amato and MechaBot’s toughest challenges yet as they confront dangerous robots from a space prison.
“Next, on Oct 18, BoBoiBoy Galaxy Baraju will premiere with six new episodes on YouTube Monsta Channel and Netflix. This series brings BoBoiBoy to the scene as he is caught in a conflict between two rival factions that will test his loyalty and perseverance.
“This series continues from last year’s BoBoiBoy Galaxy Gentar arc, which received strong support from fans,” Monsta said in the statement.
The highlight for animation enthusiasts this year will be the release of Papa Zola The Movie in cinemas nationwide this December, a collaboration between Monsta and Astro Shaw.
According to Monsta, promotions for the film will include special screenings, Papa Pipi Shorts, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, collaborations with major brands, official Monsta merchandise, and a school tour series.
“To build on this momentum, Monsta is also launching #MonstaHypetrain, a campaign designed to deliver non-stop animated content from September through December,” said the animation company.
