KUALA LUMPUR: KJTS Group Bhd has signed an agreement with Construction Yangtze River Malaysia Sdn Bhd to jointly pursue data centre and infrastructure-related projects in Malaysia and selected overseas markets.

KJTS said its subsidiary KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd will work with Construction to identify, develop, bid and execute projects.

The collaboration may extend beyond Malaysia to other jurisdictions including Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore and Turkiye, subject to mutual agreement.

KJ Technical will contribute its expertise in cooling and heating system design, engineering, supply, installation, commissioning, energy management, facilities management, as well as long-term operations and maintenance.

Construction will be responsible for civil and structural works, core architectural and construction activities, integration of non-cooling systems and overall project coordination where applicable.

KJTS said the collaboration is expected to enable a more holistic and coordinated project delivery approach by combining the complementary capabilities of both parties.
