Umno Youth chief Dr Akmal Saleh did not mince his words over the latest blunder involving Jalur Gemilang, where a man is seen carrying the flag upside down on a pole while another man records him.
In a Facebook video today, Akmal sarcastically asked if the person involved is also disabled.
