Iris Hsieh toxicology, post-mortem reports will take 3 months

KUALA LUMPUR: It will take three months before the toxicology and post-mortem examination reports on the death of Taiwanese social media influencer Hsieh Yu-hsin are completed.

City police chief Datuk Fadil Marsus told the New Straits Times police will, meanwhile, undertake a thorough investigation into the death of Hsieh, better known as Iris Hsieh.

“(Controversial rapper) Namewee surrendered at the Dang Wangi police headquarters around 2am today. We have since obtained a remand order until Nov 10 to facilitate further investigations into the murder,” he said.

However, Fadil declined to elaborate on whether further arrests may be made in the case.
