The new iPhone Air will be released in Malaysia on the same day as the United States, which is on Fri, 19 September. Powered by the new A19 Pro processor, iPhone Air not only feature a new physical design but it is also the slimmest iPhone to date at just 5.6mm, according to Apple.
The arrival of the iPhone Air also marked the end of the road for the “Plus” variant for the second time. The Plus model made its original debut with iPhone 6 Plus in 2014 and has appeared in subsequent iPhone cycles until iPhone 8 Plus in 2017. It was then reintroduced in 2022 through the iPhone 14 Plus.
iPhone Air Malaysia Pricing, Colourway
In Malaysia, the iPhone Air will be available with three storage options:
- iPhone Air 256GB: RM4,999
- iPhone Air 512GB: RM5,999
- iPhone Air 1TB: RM6,999
You can offset the pricing above by trading in your old smartphone through the Apple Trade In program. Depending on the value and condition of the qualifying trade-in device, you might be able to get between RM200 and RM4,400 credit.

In terms of colourway, you can choose to have the new iPhone Air in Sky Blue, Light Gold, Cloud White, and Space Black. The pre-order for iPhone Air in Malaysia will be open on this Friday, 12 September at 8 PM. This is in line with the company’s tradition in our market to open the iPhone pre-order a week before the release date.
