iCaur Malaysia has opened the Chinese brand’s first dealership in the world in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
This marks another significant step forward for the young marque as it moves closer to the launch of its first model, the iCaur 03.
The dealership is managed by Absolute Motor Sdn Bhd.
iCaur Malaysia vice president Emily Lek said in under four months since its debut at the Malaysian Autoshow 2025, the brand has stamped an indelible mark in Malaysia, delivering a simple yet profound message – Born to Play.
“iCaur Glenmarie reflects that spirit, standing as the first dealership not only in Malaysia but in the world, and setting the tone for a brand that appeals to individuality and self-expression – delivered through capable, tech-forward vehicles and a complementary ecosystem that encourages adventure every step of the way,” she added.
Absolute Motor managing director Andy Yap said: “Offering unique designs and formidable engineering, our steadfast commitment to become the first iCaur dealership in Malaysia and the world represents our firm belief in the brand and in its promise of sustainable mobility that also resonates with the lifestyle of its owners.”
Spanning 18,912 square feet, iCaur Glenmarie is designed as a full-service lifestyle hub, catering to a vibrant ownership experience.
Facilities include a five-car showroom, a welcoming customer lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee and pastries, a dedicated delivery bay, and two private EV charging bays.
Unlike any other vehicle dealerships, it also features the iCaur Arcade – a dedicated gaming zone for customers and visitors.
On the technical front, iCaur Glenmarie houses an after-sales service centre with three service bays plus a dedicated customisation bay.
Additional highlights include a specialised workshop, a monthly service capacity of up to 300 vehicles, and a team of 30 highly trained staff.
By mid-September, iCaur Malaysia is expected to establish 18 sales points and nine full-fledged dealerships nationwide, with Absolute Motor also expanding its presence with additional outlets in the coming months.
Slated to be launched on Sept 9, the iCaur 03 is estimated to be priced between RM145,000 and RM155,000.
The iCaur 03 offers two distinct powertrain configurations to suit different driving needs.
The iCaur 03 2WD variant features a 135kW (184PS) electric motor delivering 220Nm of torque, combined with a 65.7kWh LFP battery for an NEDC-rated 426km range.
For enhanced performance, the iCaur 03 Intelligent Wheel Drive (iWD) system upgrades to dual motors producing 205kW (279PS) and 385Nm, paired with a 69.8kWh battery offering a 418km range.
