Gabungan Rakyat Sabah’s offer for Umno to contest only eight seats in the upcoming 17th Sabah election was deemed “deeply hurtful,” eventually derailing their negotiations to form an alliance, said Sabah Umno treasurer Salleh Said Keruak.
