A KL residents group has urged the government to include clear key principles and safeguards in the Urban Renewal Act (URA), as it said the bill is poorly defined, leaving many questions unanswered.
KL Residents Action for Sustainable Development (KLRA+SD) said that such clarification needs to be built into the wording of the bill to reflect the guiding principles and its spirit.
