KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 1 — Former Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) General Tun Dr Mohamed Hashim Mohd Ali died today, at the age of 90.
He breathed his last at 11.52am while receiving treatment at a private hospital here.
The matter was confirmed by CDF General Tan Sri Mohd Nizam Jaffar.
Mohamed Hashim is the younger brother of Tun Dr Siti Hasmah, the wife of former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. — Bernama
