PETALING JAYA:
The investigation into the acid attack on national footballer Faisal Halim in May last year has been classified as no further action (NFA), according to his lawyer.
Nik Zarith Nik Moustpha said the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) communicated the decision through a letter dated Feb 18.
“The letter stated that the police could not find any clues or leads that could link any individual as a suspect in this case. All efforts made towards this goal have been unsuccessful.
“Our client (Faisal) was disappointed with the outcome of the investigation,” he told a press conference today.
