PUTRAJAYA: “I take calls for my resignation as a call to do better,” said Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek.
During a special media briefing with senior editors in Putrajaya on Thursday (Oct 23), Fadhlina said she has weaknesses but views criticism as a chance to improve.
“When I choose to be a politician, I have to face all kinds of criticism,” she said.
“I have my own weaknesses but I am focused on doing my best,” she added.
Fadhlina then said the ministry will do better.
She added that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim advised her to remain patient, noting he faced greater challenges during his time as Education Minister.
