KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 11 (Bernama) — Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has conveyed his congratulations to the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, in conjunction with the Ruler’s 80th birthday today.
In a Facebook post, Ahmad Zahid also prayed that Allah SWT grants the Sultan continued longevity in good health, happiness and prestige, and that His Royal Highness’ reign remains blessed with enduring grace, honour and wisdom.
Earlier, Sultan Sharafuddin and Tengku Permaisuri Selangor Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin arrived for the Selangor State Honours and Awards Investiture Ceremony held in conjunction with the Sultan’s 80th Official Birthday at the Balairung Seri, Istana Alam Shah in Klang.
They were accompanied by Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah and his consort Datin Paduka Seri Afzaa Fadini Abdul Aziz.
