KOTA BARU: Police have received a report regarding a viral video allegedly showing a married woman involved in an extramarital affair with a doctor.
The video was recorded by the woman’s husband, who claimed that his wife, a mother of two, had been unfaithful.
Following the incident, the doctor, who works at a private medical centre here, lodged a police report around 6.27pm last Sunday.
Kota Baru district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Rosdi Daud confirmed that the complainant is a medical doctor serving at a private hospital here.
“The case has been classified as ‘Referred to Other Agencies’,” he said in a media statement tonight.
Earlier, it was reported that a video had gone viral on Facebook showing a man confronting and recording the moment he caught his wife, allegedly cheating with a doctor who is also reportedly married, drawing widespread public attention.
In the post, the man said he never expected the person he loved most to betray him, despite being married for 10 years.
