KUALA LUMPUR: Coach service provider Aeroline will temporarily suspend all scheduled trips from Nov 6 to Dec 5, 2025 following a directive issued by the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD).

In a statement today, the company said the suspension order was linked to its continued operation from its own service points at Corus KLCC, 1 Utama and Sunway Pyramid, instead of relocating to the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) as directed by the authorities.

Aeroline said it is currently appealing against the suspension in hopes of being allowed to continue operating from its existing city-based locations.

“Unfortunately, this temporary stoppage will affect upcoming travel plans with us. During this period, affected passengers will be offered either a full refund or the option to retain their tickets for future travel,” the company said.

The company expressed regret over the disruption and urged passengers to remain patient and understanding during this period.

“We appeal to our passengers not to be upset with us or the government, as we are unable to fulfil our promise to take you safely to your destinations due to this sudden directive,” it said.

Aeroline added that the one-month suspension would be used as an opportunity to “reflect, innovate and further improve” its services.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to work closely with the Government to support Malaysia’s public transport development and expressed optimism about resuming services soon.
