BRASILIA (Reuters) -Justices from Brazil’s Supreme Court started voting on Tuesday in the final phase of the trial of former President Jair Bolsonaro, who faces charges of plotting a coup to remain in power after he lost the 2022 election.
Justice Alexandre de Moraes, who oversees the case, was the first of the five-justice panel to vote. A verdict is expected by the end of the week.
