KAJANG: Two 13-year-old boys were ordered by the magistrate’s court to be placed under a good behaviour bond for one-year for slapping a classmate at a mall in July.
Lawyer Lee Tee Kiat, representing the Form One students, said outside the courtroom that magistrate Fatin Dayana Jalil imposed the bond on the boys after they maintained their guilty plea to a joint charge of indecent behaviour.
“The Welfare Department’s officer had presented a social assessment report which recommended to the court that the boys be put on a good behaviour bond,” he told reporters.
