Muda has lodged a second police report against MACC chief Azam Baki over the Sabah mining scandal, accusing him of failing to act on businessperson Albert Tei’s claim that a senior MACC officer discouraged him from filing a complaint with the graft buster.
Acting party president Amira Aisya Abdul Aziz, who filed the report at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters, argued that Azam’s inaction constitutes a breach of his statutory duties under Section 11, read with Section 7 of the MACC Act 2009
