PUTRAJAYA: Businessman Albert Tei’s lawyers have claimed that the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) have used heavy handed tactics in remanding him.
This follows the Magistrates Court granting a six-day remand order against the 37-year-old.
Speaking to reporters outside the Putrajaya Magistrates Court, Mahajoth Singh confirmed that the MACC has obtained a six day remand order against his client until Dec 5.
“The remand application was heard by Magistrate Fatin Muneerah Sofian,” he said.
