In yet another episode involving a flag gaffe, Umno Youth chief Dr Akmal Saleh now plans to visit and teach the owner of a hardware store in Penang on how to properly put up a Jalur Gemilang.
This followed the owner Feng Jin Zhen’s explanation yesterday, claiming he had held the national flag upside down by mistake when preparing to hang it on an iron pole.
