PUTRAJAYA: Akmal Nasrullah Mohamad Nasir has been appointed the new Economy minister, while Datuk Seri Arthur Joseph Kurup has been appointed the new Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) minister.
This was announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as part of a cabinet reshuffle.
The previous ministers, Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli and Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, resigned from the cabinet in May following their defeats in the PKR elections.
