PAPAR:The scene investigation at SMKA Tun Mustapha here concluded just minutes before noon.
Coroner Amir Shah Amir Hassan, who led the entourage of lawyers and witnesses, left the school after spending about three hours to conduct fall simulations, using three mannequins.
The school dormitory was where the late Zara Qairina Mahathir was found unconscious on July 16.
Today’s proceedings are part of the 17-day inquest into Zara’s death.
The inquest’s first witness, forensic pathologist Dr Jessie Hiu and fifth witness, crime investigation officer Maidon Bernadus were present.
Around 11am, another kid-size mannequin was passed to a lawyer through the school gate.
Media were not allowed to enter the school areas.
The inquest will resume at the Coroner’s court at 2pm.
