KUALA LUMPUR: Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar has reminded that the Kuala Lumpur Declaration that has been agreed upon must be fully adhered to by all parties.
He emphasised this while chairing the National Governance Committee Meeting Series 5 No. 2/2025 with all ministry secretaries-general and state government secretaries, which took place this morning.
“This meeting is an important platform for strengthening integrity, improving the efficiency of public sector governance, and coordinating policy implementation comprehensively,” he said in a Facebook post.
He also said that commitment to the principles of good governance at the federal government, state government, and local authority levels is fundamental to the successful and effective implementation of the national governance reform agenda.
