PORT DICKSON: Police have found the remains of three members of a family in a house in Taman Tanjung near here.
Negri Sembilan police chief Dep Comm Datuk Alzafny Ahmad said there were no criminal elements or injuries found on the remains of the deceased aged between 38 and 56 years old.
He said two of the deceased were siblings while the third was their aunt.
“Two of the three deceased were women.
“We found two bodies in the living room and the third on a bed in one of the rooms in the house,” he said in a statement Saturday (Aug 30).
He said police found the bodies just past midnight on Saturday (Aug 30) after receiving a call from the district hospital.
All the deceased were fully clothed.
DCP Alzafny said one of the deceased suffered from a chronic disease while another was a person with special needs.
He said there were also no signs to indicate the house had been broken into.
The remains, he said, have been sent to the Port Dickson Hospotal for post mortem.
Police, he said, has for now classified the case as sudden death.
