KUALA LUMPUR: The father of murdered Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu has filed an application in the High Court, seeking a detailed update from the government on investigations into a statutory declaration made by her convicted killer, former police officer Azilah Hadri.
In his application, Dr Shaariibuu Setev is also demanding clarification on whether the investigation into Azilah’s declaration — submitted in support of his bid to commute his death sentence last year — had been classified as “No Further Action”.
