KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak-based Reach Ten Holdings Bhd posted a net profit of RM9.4 million in the second quarter, supported by RM26.8 million revenue.

In the first half ended June 30, 2025, the telecommunications service provider registered a net profit of RM16.5 million on RM49.8 million revenue.

There are no comparative figures for the corresponding preceding quarter’s results as this is the third interim financial report announced by Reach Ten in compliance with the listing requirements.

Reach Ten said its financial position remained solid, with cash and bank balances, fixed deposits and short-term deposits totaling RM172.6 million.

Its net assets per share stood at 21 sen, underscoring a healthy balance sheet to support the group’s growth ambitions.

Managing director Leo Chin said the quarterly performance is encouraging, reflecting the resilience of business model and growing demand for communications infrastructure.

“The improvement in profitability demonstrates the effectiveness of our disciplined execution and cost management strategies,” he added.

Chin said Reach Ten is making inroads into the maritime and oil and gas sectors, where its Starlink satellite services are expected to play a pivotal role in meeting these industries’ growing demand for reliable, high-coverage connectivity.

“This strategic diversification represents a pivotal step in broadening our customer base, strengthening recurring revenue streams, and reinforcing long-term growth.

“With our robust infrastructure and clear strategy, we are confident of sustaining momentum and delivering greater value to our shareholders,” he added.
