A total of 85 cases of foreign enforcement presence in Malaysian national waters were recorded between 2021 and July this year, said Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
He said the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) handled such incidents by advising enforcement agencies from neighbouring countries not to encroach on Malaysian waters.
