Police have issued an arrest warrant for PSM deputy chairperson S Arutchelvan and summoned him to the Dang Wangi police headquarters this evening, following the incident during a memorandum submission outside Parliament on Aug 13.
Arutchelvan confirmed the matter in a press conference at PSM headquarters in Kuala Lumpur today, saying that the officers from the Dang Wangi district police headquarters contacted his lawyer last night.
