With MCA weighing the option of leaving BN, former president Dr Chua Soi Lek said the party should make the break if BN continues to follow a rule that only allows incumbent parties to contest the seats they currently hold in the next general election.
Chua had already suggested that MCA should leave BN after its disastrous showing at the 2018 general election.
