RABAT, Aug 1 (Bernama-MAP) — Morocco’s His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, has issued very high instructions for the dispatch of emergency humanitarian and medical aid to the brotherly Palestinian people, particularly the populations of the Gaza Strip, Maghreb Arabe Press (MAP) reported.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates said this support, totalling nearly 180 tonnes, consists of basic foodstuffs, milk, and children’s products, as well as medicines and surgical equipment for the most vulnerable populations. It also includes blankets, suitable tents, and other equipment.
The aid will be transported via a specially arranged route, allowing for rapid and direct delivery to Palestinian beneficiaries.
This humanitarian aid is part of the concrete solidarity that continuously drives the Kingdom of Morocco, as well as the unwavering commitment of King Mohammed VI to the Palestinian cause and its brotherly people.
