KUALA LUMPUR: Not many first-time drivers get behind the wheel of a Ferrari for their very first lesson, but Ammar Ahyan, the 17-year-old son of cosmetics entrepreneur Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri, is one of them.
He recently grabbed widespread attention on TikTok after uploading a 27-second video of himself learning to drive.
In the clip, Ammar is seen navigating a Ferrari, believed to be worth millions of ringgit.
The driving session took place in a closed-off area and was supervised by a driving instructor.
“This is the first time I’m learning to drive a car,” Ammar said in the video’s caption.
Many online users were quick to praise Ammar’s choice of vehicle.
“First time learning to drive and using a Ferrari, your level is incredible, mate,” one user commented.
Another remarked, “Other people’s kids learn in a Kancil or Myvi; Datuk’s children are so lucky to drive a Ferrari.”
