DJI has officially announced its first robot vacuum, the DJI Romo. After months of speculation and leaks, the company released a teaser through Weibo, setting the stage for a formal unveiling in on 6 August 2025 at 8PM local time.

While full specifications are still under wraps, promotional materials have offered a first look at the Romo’s physical design. Apart from featuring dual front-facing brushes, the top of the robot vacuum exhibits a transparent design, akin to something you’d expect from brands like Nothing.
