Perikatan Nasional secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan today said a “pre-council” meeting to be called at Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin’s residence tonight, in lieu of a now-cancelled extraordinary supreme council meeting, is “unconstitutional”.
