Acer today has introduced its latest desktop and portable monitors, as well as a smart portable projector, as part of its Acer Day 2025 celebration. The devices in question include the EK1 monitor series, the PM161QT portable touchscreen monitor, and the Fire Legend QF23s smart portable projector (shown above) by the company’s sub-brand AOpen.
To start things off, we have the Acer EK1 monitors, which are available in 23.8-, 24.5- and 27-inch sizes. All variants offer IPS panels with ZeroFrame bezels, 1080p resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, rapid 1ms (VRB) response time, and AMD FreeSync support. Additionally, they come with Acer VisionCare technologies, an ergonomic stand, and built-in speakers.
Next is the Acer PM161QT portable touch display. It offers a slim and lightweight build, equipped with a 15.6-inch IPS panel with Full HD resolution, 16.7 million colours, 10-point multi-touch support, as well as anti-fingerprint and anti-glare coatings. It also offers Acer VisionCare technologies, built-in speakers, three USB-C ports with display and Power Delivery support, and a miniHDMI port.
Last but not least is the AOpen Fire Legend QF23s smart portable projector, which offers a compact yet cute design. It is capable of projecting in Full HD resolution at 250 ANSI lumens brightness with auto focus (via a 6,500 lumens LED light source). The projector also comes with built-in speakers, a HDMI port, a USB-A port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as a carrying handle that can double as a stand for flexible projection angles.
Pricing-wise, the EK1 series starts from RM359 for the 23.8-inch option, RM379 for the 24.5-inch, and RM429 for the 27-inch. Acer adds that customers who purchase an EK1 series monitor from 24 July to 9 September 2025 are eligible to receive a complimentary Acer Wireless Optical Mouse while stocks last.
Meanwhile, the Acer PM161QT portable touch display is currently offered at a special price of RM459 until 30 September, and will revert back to RM499 once the promotion ends. Similarly, the Fire Legend QF23s portable projector, available in yellow or grey colours, is offered at RM559 as part of the launch promotion and will retail at RM649 from 30 September onwards.
All of these products are available now via the Acer eStore, the official Acer stores on Shopee and Lazada, as well as authorised resellers nationwide.
