Kuching City edge past Kelantan TRW to remain second in Super League


KUALA LUMPUR: Kuching City’s remarkable momentum in the Super League rolled on in Kota Bharu on Friday, as they secured a narrow 1-0 win over TRW to stretch their unbeaten run to 11 matches.

The decisive moment arrived in the 21st minute in Kota Baru when Danial Amier Norhisham calmly finished off a well-constructed move, giving Kuching the win.

The victory lifts Kuching to 28 points, consolidating their second spot, eight points behind league leaders Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT).

For , it was their fifth straight league defeat, leaving them in 10th place with 11 points.
