KUALA LUMPUR: Kuching City’s remarkable momentum in the Super League rolled on in Kota Bharu on Friday, as they secured a narrow 1-0 win over Kelantan TRW to stretch their unbeaten run to 11 matches.
The decisive moment arrived in the 21st minute in Kota Baru when Danial Amier Norhisham calmly finished off a well-constructed move, giving Kuching the win.
The victory lifts Kuching to 28 points, consolidating their second spot, eight points behind league leaders Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT).
For Kelantan, it was their fifth straight league defeat, leaving them in 10th place with 11 points.
